Just saw this researcher Adriano Feria doubled down on his ethereum price prediction, now calling for $50,000 per ETH. Pretty bold considering where we're at right now - trading around $2K, down from recent highs. But here's the thing, he's not alone in this. He's pointing to major institutional players that have similarly aggressive targets, some even saying six figures isn't out of the question.
The timing is interesting because ETH has been struggling despite the spot ETF launch last year. Most people are skeptical, which honestly is fair given the recent sideways action. But Feria's argument is that if you're holding ETH today, you're betting on something institutional money is already positioning for. He mentioned VanEck's Bitcoin call is equally insane - $52M per coin by 2050. When you see these kinds of ethereum price targets coming from serious firms, makes you wonder if the skeptics are missing something.
Obviously these are long-term predictions and things can change, but the fact that multiple analysts are comfortable making these calls suggests there's some conviction behind the ethereum price forecast. Worth keeping on the radar at least.
