Connecting resources from 32 countries worldwide, Shenzhen's E-Station Pass creates a national-level overseas service platform.

Recently, Shenzhen E-Station for Going Overseas, together with the Yixingyun Group, jointly established the “Qianhai Cross-Border E-Commerce International Service Center,” which has been unveiled. The initiative has pushed the model of deep integration between Qianhai public services and market-oriented services to new heights, helping Shenzhen E-Station for Going Overseas to continuously provide end-to-end support for Chinese companies going global, and becoming a benchmark platform for corporate overseas-services nationwide.

Shenzhen E-Station for Going Overseas is an online-and-offline integrated enterprise cross-border comprehensive service platform jointly built by the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Commerce together with the Qianhai Administration.

As of October 2025, it was recognized as the Guangdong Province’s first batch—indeed the only batch—pilot program for the “Guangdong Enterprises Going Global Comprehensive Service Port,” becoming the first batch and also the only provincial-level enterprise going-global comprehensive service platform in Guangdong Province.

So far, the platform’s online traffic has exceeded 53k visits, with 53k registered users. It regularly holds more than 200 special events such as trade and commerce matchmaking and going-global promotion conferences. It has累计 served more than 1,000 overseas-bound enterprises, supporting 118 local enterprises such as CIMC and SF to land 192 overseas investment projects, with cumulative actual investment totaling $1.69B.

The core breakthrough of Shenzhen E-Station for Going Overseas is that it addresses the industry pain point of the traditional separation between public services and market-oriented services. By deeply linking government departments’ resources, it optimizes and integrates 70 categories of “going global” service items from departments such as the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Commerce, and the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade. It enables “one-stop” handling of matters such as overseas investment filing, technology import and export filing, and the issuance of certificates of origin.

The “Qianhai Cross-Border E-Commerce International Service Center” unveiled recently shows especially notable innovative breakthroughs. Liu Ruoyu, Senior Vice President of Yixingyun Group, said that by integrating public services such as customs clearance, inspection and quarantine, and export tax rebates, along with market-oriented services such as warehousing, logistics, and finance, the enterprise cross-border trade process can be compressed from more than a dozen steps to 3–4 steps, with efficiency expected to improve by 50%–60%. Meanwhile, the center sets up an offline product exhibition hall to centrally showcase high-quality Chinese supply-chain products and services, building a bridge for matchmaking between domestic and overseas supply-and-demand parties.

“When companies do cross-border trade in Qianhai, they can enjoy Qianhai public services and also smoothly connect to all the market-oriented end-to-end ‘follow-along’ services behind it.” Liu Ruoyu said. As a global leader in internet e-commerce, last August the company officially relocated its headquarters to Qianhai because Qianhai has significant location advantages, and it is continuously attracting leading enterprises and businesses from the Greater Bay Area, gradually moving closer to the forefront of China—and even the international arena.

The innovative model of Shenzhen E-Station for Going Overseas has truly addressed the going-global challenges faced by many enterprises. A relevant person in charge of Lufeng Technology introduced that with the government resources and third-party services integrated through Shenzhen E-Station for Going Overseas, the company successfully completed qualification certification, standard verification, and other requirements needed for onboarding overseas channels. It successfully entered mainstream global retail channels such as BestBuy, Costco, and Walmart, with year-over-year growth of product sales in the North American and Western European markets exceeding 70%. Hand-drawn technology in Qianhai, which focuses on the AI field, has obtained end-to-end cross-border business solution packages through the platform. The company’s relevant person in charge said that relying on Qianhai policy dividends and the platform’s global resources to expand overseas markets, its overseas revenue has now reached 1 billion yuan RMB, with users covering more than 180 countries and regions. In particular, for AI photo frames developed around Middle Eastern culture and translation devices that support Arabic, they have been widely welcomed by local consumers.

It is understood that Shenzhen E-Station for Going Overseas also leverages Qianhai’s location advantage of deep integration between Shenzhen and Hong Kong, and regularly coordinates with official institutions from Hong Kong and Macau to connect with international resources. At the same time, it builds a global service network covering 32 countries and 52 overseas parks, with the service scope reaching 13 provinces and municipalities across the country. It is gradually becoming the preferred location and core hub for Chinese companies to go overseas, injecting continuous new momentum into China’s high-level opening-up to the outside world.
