On March 27, Ocean Oilfield Engineering Co., Ltd. released a report that China’s independently developed first 1500 kN (kilonewton) intelligent positioning winch system has been integrated and completed in Tianjin and has entered the commissioning stage. The intelligent positioning winch system whose integration has been completed can achieve precise positioning during operations, intelligent control, and dynamic monitoring, effectively improving safety and efficiency during work under complex operating conditions. The system’s single-unit rated pulling force is 1500 kN, the designed service life is 30 years, and the core software and hardware have basically achieved localization. (Xinhua News Agency)
