The U.S. proposed a 48-hour ceasefire, and Iran responded with battlefield actions.
BlockBeats message. On April 4, an insider said that the U.S. submitted a 48-hour temporary ceasefire proposal to Iran on the 1st of this month via a friendly country. Iran’s side assessed that, because the U.S. had previously misjudged Iran’s military capabilities, leading to severe difficulties for U.S. forces in the region after the situation escalated, the U.S. then put forward this proposal.
The insider pointed out that Iran did not respond to the U.S. ceasefire proposal in writing, but instead offered a “live response” by continuing to carry out heavy fire strikes on the battlefield. The insider revealed that after the U.S. equipment warehouse on Bubiyan Island in Kuwait was targeted by Iran, the U.S. significantly stepped up its diplomatic efforts to seek a ceasefire. (Jin10)
