*ST Bosen announced that the information disclosure obligor, Baoji Fangwei Tongchuang Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership), has transferred 21,333,800 unrestricted circulating shares of the company through a transfer agreement, accounting for 14.81% of the total share capital. The transferee is Guangzhou Yanfeng Digital Technology Co., Ltd. After this change in equity, the controlling shareholder of the listed company has changed to Yanfeng Digital, and the actual controller has changed from the Baoji Municipal Finance Bureau to Mr. Wang Bo.
