(Case Two), the company requests the court to order the defendant to pay the overdue contractual amount of 79.4091 million yuan and the remaining accelerated due contractual amount of 39.7165 million yuan, totaling 119.1256 million yuan, and to pay overdue payment liquidated damages of 9.5861 million yuan calculated up to December 31, 2025.
In addition, in both cases, Fujian Eternal Energy Management Co., Ltd. and CHEUNG HAREWARD are listed as co-defendants as guarantors.
