On March 29, He Xu Investment Advisor Wang Yan stated that the A-shares are currently still in an upward cycle. The market has dropped from 4197 points to around 3800 points, which belongs to the downward segment of a consolidation range, and there is a demand to build a stage bottom. It is expected that there will be an increase in April, with a target level of around 4000 to 4100 points, and if the situation is favorable, it may break through 4200 points. If you pay attention, you will find that the valuation of the Shanghai market is at a high range in recent years around 4100 points, and any slight increase in stock prices will be suppressed. To raise valuations, on one hand, industrial development needs to be more favorable, and on the other hand, corporate profits must improve significantly. However, there is currently a positive phenomenon: the risk premium rate has been above the risk value for nearly 10 years. From historical experience, when a market cycle reaches its end, there will inevitably be a rapid push for the risk premium rate; however, this has not yet occurred. Therefore, from a long-term perspective, A-shares still maintain an upward cycle.
