The announcement stated that the trading price of the Company’s stock (stock abbreviation: Jinkong Power; stock code: 000767) had a cumulative closing price deviation of 20% over three consecutive trading days from March 24 to March 26, 2026. According to the relevant regulations of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, this falls under the category of abnormal stock trading fluctuations.
