On March 26, relevant departments of Coolpad Group responded to the investigation of the company’s independent non-executive director Guo Jinghui by the Shenzhen Municipal Supervisory Commission. Staff from relevant departments of Coolpad Group told reporters that Guo Jinghui is a non-executive director of the company and is not responsible for specific business operations. Currently, the company’s various operations have not been affected. The positions and responsibilities held by Guo Jinghui are being coordinated and communicated internally, and necessary arrangements will be made. (Beijing News)
