In the southern Israeli city of Beersheba, an industrial area was attacked by Iranian missiles on Sunday afternoon, resulting in fires and a hazardous material leak. ADAMA, a subsidiary of Syngenta Group under China National Chemical Corporation, stated that its facility was hit by missiles or missile debris, but there were no casualties.

Israeli media reported that the target was the Neot Hovav Industrial Park, located south of Beersheba, which primarily engages in chemical production and hazardous waste treatment. ADAMA has a facility there that produces active ingredient crop protection materials.

According to reports, the fire and rescue department dispatched three specialized hazardous materials handling teams to assess the situation, and the cleanup is expected to take several hours. Nearby residents were urged to remain in safe areas to avoid inhaling harmful substances in the air.
