IT Home reports on March 29 that the GAC Toyota BZ Puxi 7 pure-electric sedan was officially launched today. The new car is Toyota’s first-ever HarmonyOS smart cockpit luxury flagship large pure-electric sedan. It comes with Momenta smart driving + Xiaomi in-car ecosystem, offering five trim levels in two ranges: 600km and 700km. Prices start at 147,800 yuan, with a limited-time subsidy benefit.

According to the introduction, the GAC Toyota BZ Puxi 7 pure-electric sedan is the widest pure-electric sedan in Toyota’s history, and the first pure-electric flagship equipped with a dual-chamber air suspension. With its configurations fully brought over—including large-sedan dimensions, the Huawei HarmonyOS smart cockpit, laser radar smart driving, and dual-chamber air suspension driving control—you can buy laser-radar smart driving, dual-chamber air suspension, the HarmonyOS smart cockpit, and more all at once.

GAC Toyota states that the new car’s air spring warranty is twice the industry average, with a coverage period of 10 years / 300,000 km. It includes a 5-year / 150,000 km warranty and a 5-year / 150,000 km limited-time extended-warranty benefit.

GAC Toyota BZ Puxi 7 uses a customized battery under Toyota’s supplier development-based procurement approach, following Toyota’s safety, quality, and validation standards.

In addition, for the BZ Puxi 7 battery spontaneous combustion, the manufacturer is directly responsible; for battery capacity degradation, the manufacturer is directly responsible. The official statement says that once the following standards are exceeded, GAC Toyota will directly provide free replacement with a brand-new original factory battery:

IT Home learned from the press conference that, in terms of design, the new car features a closed front fascia and C-shaped full-width headlamps. The roof is equipped with a laser radar. On the side, it has a fastback-style design with semi-hidden door handles, and it is equipped with an intelligent preview dual-chamber air suspension. The vehicle dimensions are 5130×1965×1506mm, with a wheelbase of 3020mm.

For the interior, the cabin uses a minimalist design, and is equipped with a large-size central control screen, an all-digital instrument cluster, a heads-up display system, and ambient lighting. The lower portion of the center console provides storage space and a wireless charging panel, and it comes with dual-motor zero-gravity seats.

Worth noting is that the BZ Puxi 7 also adopts an all-scenario intelligent cockpit solution, with HarmonyOS smart cockpit 5, the MoLA hybrid large-model Agent architecture, one-tap transmission, Huawei Star Flash key, the Xiaomi in-car ecosystem, and more. The official says that it is the world’s global automaker that understands cars the best, and also the Chinese partner that understands technology the best.

GAC Toyota also announced that the BZ Puxi 7 will further add more Xiaomi ecosystem software and hardware to the car afterward, including launching a Mi Home app in the car, and pairing with intelligent connected devices such as Xiaomi magnetic-attach Bluetooth physical buttons.

The car is equipped with Momenta R6 reinforced learning large-model assisted driving. It supports urban NDA navigation assistance, highway NDA navigation assistance (supports urban expressway scenarios), automatic parking FAPA, remote parking RPA, memory parking HPA, transparent chassis, and other functions. Including the laser radar, the 27 sensors enable 360° perception.

The vehicle is equipped with an 88.13kWh lithium iron phosphate battery, with an energy density leading in its class at 153Wh/kg. The CLTC comprehensive range can reach up to 710km. It supports 3C fast charging (SOC 30-80%), charging 300km in 10 minutes, and supports a 6.6kW external power discharge function. In addition, the car is also equipped with Huawei’s HUAWEI HiSilicon electric drive integration solution, a highly efficient integrated electric drive, supporting 97.5% motor efficiency, a 207kW motor power output, and a first-class platform speed of 22000RPM.

At present, the BZ Puxi 7 has already fully arrived at GAC Toyota dealerships nationwide, and it is delivered immediately upon launch.
