Under the agreement, both sides will adhere to the principles of complementary advantages and mutual benefit and win-win outcomes, fully integrate their respective advantages and resources, build smart logistics facilities, advance the landing of the southern logistics hub project, and develop an integrated supply-chain service system of “smart ports + intelligent warehousing + international trunk lines + smart transportation.” The two sides will carry out joint innovation around the “low-altitude +” application ecosystem, and build a convenient, efficient, and resilient urban logistics operations system. They will also actively expand Hainan’s international freight routes, promote high-quality growth in international air cargo volume, support coordinated development of logistics industries in the space sector, create a green and low-carbon demonstration highland, and inject new momentum into building the Hainan Free Trade Port to high standards.
