Huahong Semiconductor: The Board of Directors recommends changing the company's name
People’s Finance and Information, March 26: In a filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Hua Hong Semiconductor announced that its board of directors recommends changing the company’s Chinese name from “Hua Hong Semiconductor Co., Ltd.” to “Hua Hong Hongli Semiconductor Co., Ltd.” The board believes that changing the company name will align the company’s name with that of its principal operating subsidiaries, thereby better reflecting the Group’s corporate image.
