Gelonghui, March 26丨Keleke (002782.SZ) announced that it plans to raise no more than 650 million yuan (including the principal) by issuing shares to specific entities. The net funds raised after deducting issuance costs will be used for the construction project of the production base in Mexico, for the research and development project of high-frequency transformers for solid-state transformers (SST), and to supplement working capital.
