People’s Financial News, March 27 - To avoid a situation where government operations become paralyzed due to a budgetary impasse, the Japanese Cabinet approved a temporary budget on the 27th and submitted it for parliamentary review. This temporary budget totals approximately 8.56 trillion yen (1 dollar is about 160 yen) and covers expenditures such as transfer payments to local governments, social security-related costs, public servant salaries, and high school tuition subsidies, to maintain normal government operations for 11 days.
