Seto Bio Announcement: The company and its subsidiary, Shandong Sruyi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., have been sued by Hunan Xinhexin Biomedical Co., Ltd. for infringing on invention patents, with the case amounting to 226 million yuan. The plaintiff requests the court to order the company to cease infringing on two of its invention patents and to compensate 226 million yuan for economic losses and 400,000 yuan for reasonable rights protection expenses. The company does not agree with the plaintiff’s claims and will actively respond to the lawsuit. The case has not yet been heard in court, and its impact on the company’s current or future profits is uncertain.
