Abstract generation in progress

To support and guide internet platform operators in effectively preventing antitrust compliance risks, and to promote innovation and healthy development of the platform economy, the “Guidelines for Antitrust Compliance of Internet Platforms” were released today. The guidelines require platform operators to follow four principles: targeted, comprehensive, transparent, and continuous, to carry out antitrust compliance management, ensure fair rules, promote ethical algorithms, and maintain competitive compliance. They must earnestly assume the main responsibility for antitrust compliance, improve antitrust compliance systems, strengthen compliance management, and operate legally and in accordance with regulations. It is prohibited to use data, algorithms, technology, capital advantages, platform rules, or other means to engage in monopolistic behaviors prohibited by the Anti-Monopoly Law of the People’s Republic of China.
