On the 8th, the military strikes by the United States and Israel against Iran entered their 9th day, with no signs of easing the regional tensions. Israel adjusted its strategic focus to target multiple oil storage facilities linked to military installations inside Iran with large-scale airstrikes. Meanwhile, in recent days, U.S. military bases in the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, and other countries have been repeatedly hit by missiles and drones. Kuwait National Petroleum Company recently announced that, due to the Iran-U.S.-Israel conflict and other factors, the company has begun reducing crude oil production and refining capacity. Previously, major Middle Eastern oil-producing countries such as Iraq and Qatar had also announced production cuts. Analysts believe that as the region’s oil storage capacity becomes increasingly strained, other oil-producing countries like the UAE and Saudi Arabia will also be forced to cut production.
