The Dubai Burj Al Arab Hotel was attacked and caught fire; the fire has been extinguished.

Odaily Planet Daily reports that on March 1st at around 1:30 a.m. local time, an attack and fire occurred on the northeast side of the Burj Al Arab in Dubai. At the time, some tourists were resting and were awakened by explosions and tremors. They evacuated through safety channels, and thick smoke once filled the hotel lobby. The fire has now been extinguished.

Another foreign media outlet suggests that the incident may have been caused by a drone attack, but details are still under further investigation. (CCTV)
