On March 1, according to CCTV reports, around 1:30 a.m. local time on March 1, the northeast side of the Burj Al Arab Hotel in Dubai was attacked and set on fire. At the time of the attack, many hotel guests were sleeping and were awakened by a loud explosion, accompanied by a strong tremor. Guests evacuated through safety passages, and the hotel lobby was filled with thick smoke. The fire has now been extinguished. Foreign media reported that a drone attack on the Burj Al Arab Hotel in Dubai caused the fire.
