Strategy founder Michael Saylor stated that the dividend yield for STRC, which matures in March 2026, has been increased by 25 basis points to 11.50%. Previously, the February dividend yield for Strategy's perpetual preferred stock STRC was also raised by 25 basis points to 11.25%. STRC is positioned as a short-term high-yield credit product, paid out monthly in cash. The dividend yield is adjusted monthly, and Strategy may issue shares through an (ATM) offering linked to the market price of the product, or may be able to raise more funds to increase Bitcoin holdings.
