Stryker (NYSE: SYK) has launched its T2 Alpha humerus nailing system, expanding its T2 Alpha trauma nailing portfolio to treat complex humerus fractures. The system claims to align with the patient’s anatomy, enhance fixation, and provide flexibility through its intromedullary nailing design. Utilizing Stryker’s SOMA technology, the system facilitates implant fit and alignment using CT scans and 3-D bone models to provide a streamlined approach to humeral fracture fixation.
