Abstract generation in progress

On February 26, Debang Co., Ltd. (603056.SH) announced that the company plans to voluntarily withdraw its A-shares from trading on the Shanghai Stock Exchange through a shareholders’ resolution, and apply for the stock to be delisted from the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) transfer system for continued trading. This matter has been reviewed and approved by the company’s first extraordinary general meeting of 2026. The company has submitted the relevant application to the Shanghai Stock Exchange, which still needs to decide whether to accept it.

The company has engaged CITIC Securities and Beijing Shihui Law Firm as financial and legal advisors, respectively, who have issued opinions. The final approval and implementation of this delisting are uncertain; investors are advised to pay attention to subsequent announcements and be aware of investment risks.
