January securities app monthly active users reach 184 million, with both month-over-month and year-over-year increases

As market trends improve, user activity on securities apps is also rising. Data shows that in January, the number of monthly active users (hereinafter referred to as “monthly active users”) for securities apps reached 184 million, a year-over-year increase of 13.86% and a month-over-month growth of 5.11%.

Specifically, Huatai Securities’ “Zhangle Wealth” and Guotai Haitong’s “Guotai Haitong Junhong” maintained industry leadership, with January monthly active users of 12.815 million and 11.0099 million, respectively, representing month-over-month increases of 5.73% and 5.85%.

At the same time, several large, comprehensive brokerage apps also demonstrated strong vitality. In January, Ping An Securities’ app “Ping An Securities” had 9.3728 million monthly active users, a 5.56% increase from the previous month; China Merchants Securities’ app “China Merchants Securities,” CITIC Securities’ app “CITIC Securities Xin eTou,” Guotai Haitong’s app “Guotai Haitong Tongcai,” and CITIC Construction Investment Securities’ app “Qingting Dianjin” all had over 7 million monthly active users, with month-over-month growth rates exceeding 4%. During the same period, GF Securities’ app “GF Easy Gold” reached 7.3642 million monthly active users, a 5.53% increase from the previous month, entering the camp of apps with over 7 million active users.

In terms of month-over-month growth rate, the securities app with the highest increase in January was Guoxin Securities’ “Guoxin Jintaiyang,” with 4.421 million monthly active users and a 7.94% increase; followed closely by Guotou Securities’ app “Guotou Securities,” with 3.6864 million monthly active users and a 7.08% increase.

Looking at a longer time frame, compared to the same period last year, many securities apps have shown impressive growth in monthly active users. In January, the top three securities apps by year-over-year growth rate were Industrial Securities’ “Industrial Securities Youli Bao,” Guoxin Securities’ “Guoxin Jintaiyang,” and Changjiang Securities’ “Changjiang eHao,” with monthly active user increases of 35.15%, 18.62%, and 18.48%, respectively.
