After the successful transfer of the first commercial residential land in downtown Tongxiang on February 11, another high-quality land parcel was smoothly sold on February 13. “Two land parcels in a row have been sold, laying a solid foundation for the stable and orderly operation of the land market throughout the year,” said a relevant person from the Jiaxing Natural Resources and Planning Bureau.

On February 11, the “Tongcheng Committee 2025-28 Land Parcel” was successfully transferred, marking the first sale of commercial residential land in Jiaxing for 2026. The parcel was won by Tongxiang Shengbang Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., with a total transaction price of 148.5 million yuan.

According to the listing information, the parcel is located in downtown Tongxiang, south of Jiqugang, west of Jingya Road, north of Tongnan Road, covering an area of 12,070.17 square meters, with a plot ratio of 1.0 to 1.8.

As a core high-quality residential land in Tongxiang’s main city area, the parcel is surrounded by mature and complete supporting facilities, adjacent to Wanshanghui Mall and Fengming Park, integrating shopping, dining, and leisure. The transportation network is convenient and efficient, with balanced public services such as education and healthcare, making it highly livable. The successful transfer of this land parcel will further improve the living quality in Tongxiang’s downtown area.

On February 13, the “Tongcheng Committee 2024-26 Land Parcel” was successfully sold, continuing to stimulate the vitality of the land market. The parcel was acquired by Tongxiang Dingdu Haosu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., with a total transaction price of 739 million yuan.

According to the listing information, the parcel is located in Tongxiang Phoenix Lake Science and Technology City, east of Erhuan East Road, south of Maodun East Road, west of Yutang Road, and north of Lianhua Bridge Port, covering an area of 67,565.56 square meters, with a plot ratio of 1.6 to 1.8. It is planned for residential, retail commercial, hotel, and business financial comprehensive use.

From a geographical perspective, the parcel benefits from high-quality ecological resources such as Phoenix Lake Park and Lianhua Bridge Port. Surrounding facilities include Juntao Experimental School, Wuyue Plaza, Botanical Garden, and Museum, meeting diverse needs for education, commerce, ecology, and culture. In the future, combined with the commercial planning of the land itself, it will further improve the functional layout of Phoenix Lake Science and Technology City, effectively enhancing the cluster effect and development momentum of the area.
