Many people misunderstand the psychology behind HODLing and the strategies involved.

Broadly, there are two common approaches:
1. Long-term holding:
When a project goes live, you hold the token without reacting to short-term price fluctuations or early volatility. This strategy is driven by conviction in the fundamentals rather than immediate price action.
2. Early exit and re-entry:
You sell on day one to avoid initial volatility, with the intention of buying back later once the market has stabilized and price discovery is complete.
In reality, many traders sell early but never re-enter, often missing long-term upside due to timing errors or loss of conviction.
Success in crypto is not about copying others, but about understanding what you hold, why you hold it, and making informed decisions for yourself.
Shalom 🙏
