Decentralized custody startup Entropy announces closure and will return funds to investors. The company's founder Tux Pacific announced the news. Entropy completed a $25 million seed round led by Andreessen Horowitz in 2022. After four years of development, multiple pivots, and layoffs, the company ultimately decided to shut down. Its final product was a cryptocurrency automation platform. Pacific pointed out that Entropy's business model was unsustainable, and closing the company was the best option. Entropy's total funding amount was approximately $27 million.
