Global technology M&A deals are expected to reach $4.9 trillion by 2025, with capital in 2026 leaning more towards scalable platforms. Quantum Security Encryption (QSE) is expanding its business in the post-quantum security field and will join the Canadian delegation at the 2026 World Defense Expo. CEO Ted Kelford emphasized the urgency of quantum resilient security technology. QSE received CAD 2.8 million in funding, holds Canadian cybersecurity certification, and collaborates with NUSA Networks to access key industries in Indonesia. Additionally, Marvell Technology acquired XConn Technologies for approximately $540 million, ASGN agreed to acquire Quinnox for $290 million, OneSpan plans to acquire Build38, while DXC Technology partners with Ripple to integrate blockchain technology into core banking systems.
