Grand Arena's card system is about to launch new features! Tonight at 11 PM Singapore time, players will be able to start opening booster packs and get a clear view of their cards.

The most interesting part of this update is that you can purchase card packs directly with in-game currency, Gems. Gems, as the core asset of Grand Arena, run through the entire game economy system. Whether you want to quickly expand your card pool or pursue specific cards, this new mechanism makes it possible. For active players, this opens up more strategic gameplay options.

Honestly, if this update really allows players to buy packs directly with gems, on-chain data will have to be checked to see how the big players are moving. Based on my analysis, this will definitely trigger price fluctuations. Interestingly, it seems to offer high freedom, but in reality, it's just trapping your gems. To stockpile cards, you still need to track who is疯狂扫货. I'm not necessarily pessimistic; I just want to see the data. If there's an abnormal spike in on-chain transaction volume after 11 PM tonight, that's when the real story begins. Wait, the operation of directly purchasing packs with gems feels even more like a way to cut the leeks... Just my personal speculation, maybe I'm overthinking it. While increasing the自由度 of the card pool is good, I'm worried that the probability of getting a pack will shrink later, and then the onlookers will have to collectively cry poverty.

Finally, the update is here. Swapping gems for card packs is just so satisfying. As soon as it hits 11 o'clock, I'm rushing in to see what divine cards I can get. Now I can plan my card pool strategy, but I’ll have to spend more gems again. The gem currency system is quite interesting; the economic cycle is well-designed. Wait, are gems easy to earn? It feels like you need to spend money to quickly expand. Finally, I can purchase directly with gems. It's much better than waiting for card packs.

Wow, finally able to open packs? I've been saving up my gems for a long time, just waiting for this moment. Buy card packs directly with gems, now I don't have to worry about how to use them, so satisfying. This update came just in time, my card pool is almost exhausted. By the way, if you can buy packs with gems, doesn't that mean the advantage of spending money isn't that big anymore? Oh my god, opening at 11 o'clock? That's so rushed, my sleep quality is going to suffer again. The strategic space is large, but I'm worried it might just be another gem-consuming black hole. Finally got this feature, I was already urging for it before. If the gem economy system continues like this, it feels like inflation pressure is quite high. Hurry up and do something, let's see if I can gather the cards I want.

Damn, this version is finally here. We've waited so long. Let's go all out tonight. Gems to exchange for cards... it's both grindy and spendy. This game really knows how to nickel and dime. But on the other hand, now I can finally see the card attributes clearly. Looking forward to whether any god cards will be released. Large strategic space? Basically, it's just another place for paying players to spend money. Once this mechanic is out, a new meta should emerge. I'm a bit excited. I've already stockpiled gems, just waiting for this wave.
