$660 million in a single day! Multiple listed companies are concentrating on increasing the position in encryption assets.
On November 18, 【币界】 traditional enterprises made aggressive moves into the encryption circle. A rough estimate shows that just the disclosed financing and coin purchasing actions amounted to a total of 660 million dollars.
First, let's talk about the changes in positions. Japan's Mac House has bought another 6.37 BTC. Although the amount is not large, this company is indeed serious about accumulating coins — they now hold 131.17 coins, which shows that they are treating Bitcoin as a long-term asset to stack.
The real big move is on the financing side. Onfolio Holdings directly obtained $300 million in convertible bonds, and the use of the funds is very clear: to build an encryption treasury, initially focusing on the three major mainstream coins, BTC, ETH, and SOL, and also planning to earn some interest through staking to optimize the balance sheet. This kind of play is clearly learned from MicroStrategy's approach.
Rigel Resource, this SPAC company, is also not to be outdone, having raised $250 million in its IPO, with a clear goal - to acquire companies related to mining, metals, and digital infrastructure, including Bitcoin mining farms and computing power assets.
After Nocera secured $120 million in equity financing, it chose another path: to expand its stablecoin reserves and strengthen its digital asset treasury.
The earnings report season is also informative. HIVE's Q3 report shows that they now hold 4,125 BTC, an increase of 8% from the previous quarter. Of the 875 coins mined this season, 65% have been kept and not sold.
Canaan Technology's performance is more eye-catching. Q3 revenue reached $150.5 million, more than doubled year-on-year, with mining revenue at $30.6 million, a staggering increase of 241% year-on-year. As of the end of October, there are 1,610 BTC and 3,950 ETH on the balance sheet.
The pace at which traditional enterprises are entering the market is quite interesting.
