Everyone should be a little nicer to themselves!
Today I went to several hospitals because I found a lump on my neck yesterday.
I thought it was a minor issue when I went to the hospital for a check-up today, but the doctor said I need surgery.
There are two thyroid lymph nodes, one is two centimeters and the other is four centimeters, which is already quite large. Moreover, one of them is not in a good condition and must be surgically removed.
I was completely confused after listening.
No matter the outcome, this cut on my neck is inevitable!
The doctor said that this problem is likely related to emotions.
It didn't grow in a day or two.
I also know that my overall state has been very poor this year since the incident with my second brother.
Frequent insomnia and inability to sleep, inexplicable breakdowns and crying, extreme emotional instability, and still not being able to move on.
Many things really can't be let go just by wanting to let them go; you hold on until you reach your limit.
So let's all be a little kinder to ourselves, get less night owls, exercise more, and maintain a good mood.
The body is one's own; no amount of money is worth more than having a good body!
Web3 is already exhausting; the pace is fast, the pressure is high, and prolonged sitting is harmful to health.
Everyone must be a little nicer to themselves, even nicer, and love themselves well!
