I’m reading posts like “It was nice knowing you” and other scary messages.

I hear you, my friends. I know how bad this event was. I’m still exhausted and mentally drained just thinking about it.

About 30 months ago, I was selected for a government post as a professor. I never joined because I wanted to focus completely on crypto and trading. But over the last few hours, I’ve been thinking that maybe I should call them first thing in the morning and rejoin. So I understand what you’re going through. When everything you’ve built feels uncertain, it shakes you to the core.

This has been mentally excruciating. But one thing I’ve learned from being in this market for nearly a decade is that institutions always buy big during massive liquidations like this. And almost every time, markets recover, going far above previous all-time highs.

Right now, we just have to survive the next few days, reflect on what went wrong, and then restart.

I know some of you may have lost everything, and I honestly don’t even know what to say. I’m truly, deeply sorry. But if you still have something left to work with, we can rebuild.

This time, let’s do it the right way. No leverage, no overexposure. Learn from this pain and protect your future self.

We will rise again. Just hold on, talk to someone if you need to, and remember that you are not alone.

And to those who have been sharing profits or PnLs right after such a massive cascade, please have some empathy. People out there have lost everything. Even I made some gains longing Aster and Hype today, but I have enough ethics to know when not to celebrate. This is not the time to rub salt on wounds. Value human life and mental health above all else.
