In the organization's first speech since the Gaza ceasefire protocol was announced on Wednesday, Houthi leader Abdul Malik al-Houthi said that the group will follow the protocol, suggesting that they will suspend attacks on ships and Israel. However, he also left room for the resumption of attacks, which may mean that shipping companies will remain highly cautious when returning to the Red Sea.
