According to the Cardano (ADA) team, a minor update will take place in Epoch 298 on October 22 2021 at 21:44 UTC. Gate.io supports this upgrade and will suspend Cardano deposits and withdrawals during the process. Deposits and withdrawals will be resumed as soon as possible after this upgrade. Cardano trading will not be affected.

According to the ADA team, this is a minor update, but will create breaking changes, and all stake pool operators (SPO and exchanges are asked to update their node software and settings to ensure ongoing full compatibility and prevent service interruption.
