Recently, someone was talking about whether a certain mainstream public chain will pause briefly before and after an upgrade, and whether the ecosystem will move. I just... don't want to think about moving or not moving for now. Anyway, my own red line is simple: never put mnemonic phrases into any webpage/form/screenshot memo. Anyone talking about "sync wallet" or "verify migration" I consider as phishing.

Also, don't be careless with signing permissions. If you don't understand the popup, don't sign. Better to miss an airdrop than give out an "unlimited limit."
Only when gas is cheap do I remember I'm a chain user, but if something really goes wrong, it’ll hurt way more than expensive gas...
Forget it, be cautious. The cost of happiness is the only way to avoid a crash.
