Currently $BTC my outlook is roughly this - on the monthly level there are two key positions above, one at 76 and one at 79.

76 was reached this morning. On the 12-hour level, this upswing touched Vegas's first closing down, so within this 12-hour candle I'm looking for a 4-hour retracement to continue testing shorts at 746-755. If stopped out, then wait for the next high to keep trying.

There's no such thing as 100% certainty in trading events. With logic, key positions, and decent risk-reward ratios, you have to be willing to try.
