US Department of Homeland Security Shutdown, US Stocks Decline but Crypto Rebounds - Cautious on Chasing Gains! 3.13 Bitcoin and Ethereum Strategy
The US Department of Homeland Security has been "shut down" for nearly a month. On the 12th, a Senate bill to fund the department failed to pass in a procedural vote due to Democratic opposition, leaving the department still in "shutdown" status. Although the Iran situation has not ended, recent spot ETF market flows continue to pour in. Recently, coin prices clearly refuse to drop, and yesterday's short strategy with stop loss protection got swept out. Bitcoin won't break 2000 in decline, Ethereum won't break 69000 in decline - incredibly stubborn!
Daily Bitcoin shows four consecutive positive candles, coin price breaks above previous high in early trading, Bollinger Bands slowly widening, coin price trading below upper band, KDJ turns up again forming a golden cross, MACD double line continues upward, volume shows slight increase, overall technical structure favors bulls. Although US stocks opened and closed lower yesterday, coin prices didn't follow the decline, mainly driven by spot ETF capital inflow boosting market sentiment. As long as the Iran situation doesn't end, there's high potential for further pullback later, so don't be overly bullish!
3.13 Short Strategy
Bitcoin current price 71500-72000 for shorts, conservative traders enter at 72500-73000, stop loss around 74000, targets at 70000-69000-68500 area, if broken watch 68000-67500-67000 area, if broken further move stop loss to protect profits based on conditions!
Ethereum current price 2130-2170 for shorts, conservative traders enter around 2200, stop loss around 2250, targets at 2070-2030 area, if broken watch 2000-1950-1920 area, if broken further move stop loss to protect profits based on conditions!
3.13 Long Strategy
Bitcoin pullback to 66000-66500 test longs, stop loss around 65000, targets at 67500-68000-69000 area, if broken watch 70000-70500-71000 area, if broken further move stop loss to protect profits based on conditions!
Ethereum 1900-1930 for longs, stop loss around 1870, targets at 1980-2000 area, if broken watch 2060-2050-2080 area, if broken further move stop loss to protect profits based on conditions!
