Jinse Finance reported that two companies in the encryption data storage field, Textile and 3Box Labs, have announced a complete stock merger protocol. The merged company will retain the Textile brand and be led by current CEO Andrew Hill. The two companies have previously received investments from institutions such as USV, CoinFund, and Multicoin, with a total financing of over 42 million US dollars. 3Box Labs co-founder Michael Sena said that the two companies had overlapping products in the past and will now work together to build blockchain data infrastructure. The new company plans to create an intelligent layer for multi-agent economy, providing data storage, access, and verification services for AI agents. Hill emphasized that blockchain provides a natural platform for AI agent operations, enabling data interaction and alpha trading between agents.
