The two parties will jointly explore enterprise-level innovations at the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI), intelligent agents, and Web3 technology based on Microsoft Azure cloud platform and AI services, aiming to accelerate the development of next-generation digital infrastructure and enterprise Web3 solutions.

They will explore how cloud computing and AI technologies can support the development of emerging Web3 applications in real business scenarios, while also promoting the construction of secure, trustworthy, and compliant enterprise AI-enabled Web3 application models.
