I don’t feel like Hong Kong is that strict. On the streets, I also see quite a lot of people smoking. They aren’t at public smoking points, and I haven’t seen any fines. Could it be that I didn’t go to the right place? Why do so many people say that the fines are severe, and that you should walk on the left? When I went, most people were walking on the right. Maybe mainland tourists have turned walking on the left into walking on the right.
