Taobao Flash Sale has launched a new voice search feature for the AI Store Assistant called "Search & Ask," which supports executing voice commands and can directly perform complex operations. This AI agent service is an industry first. Along with the upgrade of the intelligent management system, the assistant also proactively diagnoses store health and pushes solutions.

Recently, Taobao Flash Purchase has launched for restaurant merchants an AI Agent entry—AI Store Assistant—officially rolling out voice search capability (referred to as “Ask-Here”). Unlike traditional voice assistants’ information retrieval functions, Taobao Flash Purchase’s AI “Ask-Here” supports executing voice commands. It is currently the industry’s first merchant AI Agent service that can directly open the execution window and complete a complex operational closed loop. Recently, Taobao Flash Purchase’s intelligent merchant operating system received a new upgrade. In addition to the launch of voice search, the AI Store Assistant’s interaction has shifted from a passive service model to a proactive service mode: based on real-time health diagnostics of stores using big data, it proactively delivers operational solutions to merchants.
