They are focusing on regulatory protections and new proposals to bring back miners who fled after years of confiscations and an electricity crisis.
The Bitcoin mining map in Latin America was once centered in Venezuela, where low-cost hydroelectric power fueled thousands of computers. Today, that landscape is one of empty warehouses and confiscated equipment.
