Let's be honest about mobile mining. I've studied this topic extensively and realized that cloud mining on your phone is a viable option if approached thoughtfully.
Essentially, there are several apps worth paying attention to. CryptoTab is one of the first I tried. You install it, activate the mining function, and it automatically starts generating hash rate. Plus, you can invite friends via a link and earn bonuses. StormGain is also pretty good; the interface is user-friendly, security is solid, but having to restart every 4 hours is really annoying. NiceHash stands out with its profitability calculator, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced users, although you must enable two-factor authentication. Bitdeer is more for serious miners, offering professional tools and different plans depending on your strategy.
There’s also the option of cloud mining on your phone through specialized platforms that offer ready-made hash rate packages. You simply rent the power, and the system works for you. This is more convenient than direct mining on the device.
Now, about reality. If you think it’s easy on an iPhone—forget it. Apple strictly restricts mining apps, so only cloud options via CryptoTab or similar services are available. On Android, it’s easier, but the computing power of a smartphone still isn’t impressive.
Regarding which coins are easiest to mine—Monero, Dogecoin, Vertcoin, and Ravencoin are good options. But consider the electricity costs in your region. Mining 1 BTC on a smartphone? Forget it. Even with specialized equipment, it takes about 10 minutes; on a phone, it would take months.
In the end, cloud mining on your phone is more about passive income than serious earning. But if you’re willing to learn and choose the right app, why not give it a try? The main thing is not to rush your decision and carefully read the terms of each service. Currently, Bitcoin is around $67k, so even small mining profits can be interesting.
