Vietnam applies a 0.1% tax rate on each transaction(swap...) for individuals and 20% profit tax for businesses.

Actually, it's not too high if you consider 0.1% for individuals. Those who entered the market early will remember the Bittrex, Poloniex exchanges back in the day (the top exchange in 2017) charging a 0.25% fee on each transaction.
Current CEX exchanges are charging around 0.1% (If I'm wrong, please correct me, it's been a while since I traded on CEX 🤪)
Many people are quite negative about this bill. For me, this tax rate is acceptable. The only issue is the requirement to bring it back to Vietnamese exchanges, which is hard to accept. What do you all think?
