Error at $574 billion: The story of Nvidia co-founder
Nvidia co-founder Curtis Prém left the company in 2003 and sold his stake entirely three years later.
At the time of the IPO in 1999, he owned about 12% of the company — approximately 3 million shares.
If he had kept these shares, their value today could be around $574 billion thanks to the AI boom and Nvidia's growth.
His current net worth is estimated at about $30 million. Prém himself admits that he would like to retain at least some of his shares.
