Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission signs Memorandum of Understanding with UAE to strengthen digital asset cooperation

Mars Finance reports that on January 27, the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) and the Abu Dhabi Securities Market Authority signed a Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen cross-border regulatory cooperation on digital asset-related matters. This is the first regulatory cooperation agreement between the Hong Kong SFC and an overseas regulatory authority concerning regulated digital asset entities, establishing a framework for enhanced regulatory collaboration, including mutual consultation and information exchange.
