$480 million funding! AI giant employees start a business to create an intelligent hub for team collaboration

Abstract generation in progress

【Crypto World】A startup founded by former employees of AI giants such as Anthropic, Meta, OpenAI, xAI, and Google DeepMind, Humans&, has completed a $480 million seed round of funding. What are they working on? Developing a brand-new foundational model architecture, with the core idea not being another chatbot, but building a “brain” for team collaboration—able to coordinate team operations, track decision chains, and manage group dynamics in enterprise and consumer scenarios.

On the technical side, it’s very interesting. They are using long-term multi-agent reinforcement learning to train the model, aiming to give the system planning capabilities and multi-party interaction skills. In other words, this system needs to understand the intentions of different participants, balance conflicting interests, and make coordinated decisions—much more complex than simply generating text.

Judging by the funding amount, the capital market is still supportive of this direction. AI is no longer just a one-way generation tool but is moving toward collaboration and collective intelligence.

Another multi-agent big dream, but this time the funding amount is indeed top-notch. If these folks can really manage to balance interests, it's definitely more formidable than just hyping up large models. Wait, a "brain" for team collaboration? It feels like another form of an agent framework. Capital loves this kind of narrative—raise funds first and then see. How many enterprise scenarios can truly utilize this thing? It still depends on implementation.

Wow, this funding amount is indeed impressive. Once again, a bunch of big companies are fleeing and causing trouble, which is quite interesting. Multi-agent coordination... sounds much less competitive than just focusing on large models. Central hub for team collaboration? I feel like this is the real future direction. 480 million seed round? Capital still has high hopes for this track. But in the end, it all depends on whether it can actually be implemented. No matter how good the words sound, it's useless. Anthropic and their crew are making new moves again, probably aiming to stir up the entire AI circle.

It's another startup team working on large models, and this time they're building a collaborative brain? Feels a bit competitive. --- $480 million invested just to make AI learn to "harmonize and prosper"? --- Multi-agent reinforcement learning sounds impressive, but I wonder if it can actually be implemented. --- More and more cases of former employees teaming up, it feels like the AI track is really saturated. --- Coordination decision-making, balancing interests... this is more complex than chatbots, but does the market really have such a huge demand? --- As long as capital keeps pouring in, there's still hope, but there are also too many players in this track. --- Team collaboration hub? Sounds like a new story for enterprise SaaS, and the funding story is very impressive.

Another wave of big company employees fleeing to start their own ventures, and this time it's really a bit different Hey, team collaboration brain? Sounds good, but can this really be implemented Multi-agent reinforcement learning, the tech stack is indeed solid, and the funding is also aggressive 48 million seed round, capital is really betting on this track But I still want to see the performance in real scenarios; no matter how beautiful the PPT is, it's still virtual

Another new AI startup is here, this time playing with "Team Brain"? Feels like you're overthinking it a bit. --- 4.8 billion seed round, pouring so much money just to have AI manage our meetings... --- Is this real? Can multi-agent reinforcement learning solve office politics? I'm skeptical. --- Big company employees teaming up to start a business—this trick is already worn out. If it lasts more than two years, I’ll admit defeat. --- Wait, isn’t this just an enterprise version of an AI collaboration tool? Why does it have such a weird name like "Humans&"? --- Pouring in so much money, relying solely on hype definitely won't work. How exactly will it be used? Give me a real scenario.
