CZ stated that three promising areas in the cryptocurrency industry for the future will be tokenization, payments, and artificial intelligence (AI).

He noted that models combining traditional payment methods with blockchain, stablecoins, and artificial intelligence will grow, and that cryptocurrency will become the native currency for AI agents.

Zhao also predicted that, driven by advancements in blockchain and Know Your Customer (KYC) technology, the number of physical bank branches will significantly decrease over the next 10 years.

Dogecoin Stands Out

CZ also touched upon memecoins, stating that most memecoins are not long-lasting, but singled out Dogecoin.

In his speech, CZ noted that most memecoins are highly speculative and have a low probability of long-term survival. However, he added that only a few cryptocurrencies with a strong cultural foundation like Dogecoin (DOGE) have the potential for long-term sustainability, and that DOGE will likely survive.
