In the past two years, I have met many people who have fallen for various reasons—some news reports, some people around me. It's very unfortunate, and many are young.\n\nLife is a state of balance; you can't neglect one aspect for another. Health, mental well-being, finances, career, hobbies, and family should be balanced, and the fundamental1 of the balance wheel is health.\n\nWith health, everything else is possible; without health, the 1 in life is gone, and the zeros that follow are meaningless.\n\nPhysical health is a necessary condition. With good health, other aspects may not be perfectly balanced, but without health, everything else is meaningless.\n\nIn middle age, it's important to learn how to manage your body well, care for yourself, and maintain good habits and fitness.\n\nRegular health check-ups, avoid overexerting yourself, don't chase temporary "diligence," take breaks when needed, and make adjustments.\n\nHaving a good body is the capital for doing other things; no matter how much you emphasize this, it’s never too much.\n\nLife should be balanced—an exciting second half, a healthier and longer life, enjoying the dividends of technology, the compound interest of health, and the compound interest of time.
