In the face of market conditions, no one is a master. I am a living example — my account quickly shifted from profit to loss in a very short period, and the entire position suffered as well. The principal of 2000U is now only 1955U. Although this 45U loss isn't huge, it’s enough to make one sober.

High-yield investments are like riding a wild horse; the thrill is real, but the risk of falling off is also high. Those highly volatile contracts may seem attractive in terms of risk-reward ratio, but in reality, a single reverse break can cause the account to plummet straight down. My current understanding is: instead of frequently chasing explosive market movements, it’s better to accumulate steadily.

I’ve summarized a few painful lessons. First, preserve the principal — this is the premise of all trading; without the principal, there’s no chance for compound growth. Second, reduce trading frequency and avoid being frequently tempted by the volatility of mainstream coins like ETH. Lastly, it’s a mindset issue; the desire for quick profits often marks the beginning of losses.

My current strategy is simple: slow down, let the account recover gradually, and accumulate in a stable manner. Trading is like a long journey; runners often lose to those who walk steadily.

45U tuition is indeed affordable; what worries me is that a bad mindset can easily lead to chasing losses.

The tuition fee of 45U really stings Frequent trading is truly addictive; I've fallen for it too Capital preservation is the way to go; that get-rich-quick scheme should have been abandoned long ago Be serious; steady profits are actually faster Wait, are you still trading now? The contract market is a deep pit; isn't spot trading more attractive? Frozen accounts always end up the same way There's nothing wrong with what this says, but knowing it and doing it are two different things

You're only down 45U and you're already talking about being reasonable? Wait until you actually get liquidated someday, then we can talk about being cautious.

45U tuition fee, I've paid more expensive ones before... Now I'm just holding Zen-style, no more fussing.

nah the real lesson here is knowing when to sit on your hands... 45U tuition is actually cheap compared to what whale movements teach you daily
